Please email us if: 1) You don't receive a tracking number within 5 business days of your purchase date, 2) You don't receive your piece in good condition, or 3) You never receive your piece after it ships. Even though we can't control what happens with carriers once the piece leaves our building, we want to try to help if something happens!

May I purchase more than 1 painting?
Yes! Tamisha hand-painted each piece on canvas by hand with acrylic paints. These pieces are extremely unique, as in there's truly only one of each piece that will ever exist. We do not create prints from the paintings either.
Is there truly only one of the art I purchase here?
We only ship to US residents right now, and we charge a flat fee of $21.00 for all of our art pieces. Please be patient with us as we ship out your art piece, and you will receive a tracking number via email once the art has left our building. It typically takes 5 business days from the date of purchase for us to ship your art out, minus any US holidays that fall during the week. For any day of the week (or days) that are considered holidays, please add those number of business days to the shipping timeline. Since there's only 1 of each piece, we prioritize each purchase and speed of shipping.

Ongoing Support
EXTREMELY easy! You can just drag and drop your own photos, replace the template logos with your own, or use your own fonts.
How easy it to use my own branding?
In theory, you could probably use these designs somewhere else or for some other designs, especially if you have Canva Pro as Pro allows you to copy designs to other sizes then re-purpose the design for that size. However, they are primarily created for YouTube channels. The "Magic Resize" feature that allows for resizing designs is not available to free accounts in Canva.
Can the YouTube thumbnails be used anywhere else?
All of our YouTube thumbnails are designed for YouTube only. Our post packs are designed for YouTube Posts/Community tab on your channel, but they can ALSO be used on Instagram. (Give us a woot!). All business and brand assets, including templates, classes or courses, or other collateral vary in what they are made for. Some of them are solely for you to use in your business or brand and others are made for public consumption or use for marketing or other reasons. Use everything how you need to.
